As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a link to track the delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the website of the post office (Standard Delivery) Chronopost (Express Delivery) and DPD (International) for a real time tracking :
This tracking is also possible from My account :
1. Log in with your login details.
2. Click on My orders and select the relevant order.
3. In the summary table of ordered items, click on "Track online delivery" (top left).
4. A new window will open with the tracking of your package, step by step.
If your package is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received it, we advise you to check your mailbox. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office should have left a delivery notice.
