• Creating a customer account

    Each customer may only have one customer account on our millet shop with a single e-mail address.

    Click on My account at the top right of the home page and click on Create an account in the right-hand section.

    You will receive a confirmation of your account registration by e-mail.

  • Forgotten password

    1. Go to My Account at the top right of the homepage.
    2. Click on I forgot my password in the left-hand box.
    3. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided.
    4. You will receive an e-mail within a few minutes with a link to create a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder.
    5. Click on this link, enter a new password and confirm it.
    6. You are now logged into your account with your new password.

  • Editing personal details

    In your My account, you have the possibility to change information such as your name, your e-mail address.

    You can also enter your mobile phone number so that we can call you back even better.

    After making the changes, click on "Save" to confirm the changes.

  • How do I delete my customer account ?

    In order to delete your account, all you have to do is contact us, via the interface and the question form on our site.

    Important : As soon as we delete your account, we no longer have any data relating to your account and therefore no information concerning your loyalty points acquired.

  • Is personal information kept confidential ?

    In accordance with article 43-10 of law n°86-1067 of 30 September 1986, it is indicated that this site has been declared to the CNIL. In accordance with the provisions of the "Informatique et Libertés" law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any personal data concerning you.
