Millet shoes and crampons

All brands of studs can be used. The type of spike depends on the specifics of the shoe : 

● If the shoe has two notches (at the front and at the heel of the shoe), it is compatible with automatic spikes
● If the shoe has only one notch (at the front of the shoe), it is compatible with semi-automatic crampons
● If the shoe has no rigid notch, it can be used with strap crampons.

This is especially true of our mountaineering boots, which have sufficient rigidity to use crampons safely.
