    We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Millet products.

    However, if an item does not suit you, you can of course return it to us.

    Please note that return shipping costs will be applied, in accordance with the provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

     

    Return conditions

    You can return one or more unworn items within 30 days.

    The deadlines are extended at the end of the year: all products purchased between 15 November and 15 December 2025 may be returned until 15 January 2026.

    Products must be returned new in their original packaging, with the labels attached and in perfect condition.

    You may try on the items. Items tried on to check the size are not considered worn.

    However, we reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygiene reasons.

     

    • From France and the European Union, a shipping label will be provided once your return request has been submitted.

    • For returns from Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States, the Customer is responsible for organising and paying for the shipment of the Product(s) to the following address:

    Good to know

    For items ordered via marketplace platforms such as Veepee, Decathlon, Amazon or Zalando, returns must be made via the platform used for the order in question, in accordance with the return conditions stipulated on the marketplace.

    How to return an item?

    Would you like to make a return? You have 30 days to return your items.

    Products must be returned new, unworn and in their original packaging.
    If an item is damaged, used or does not meet these conditions, Millet reserves the right to refuse the return.

    Here is the procedure to follow:

     

    1. Make a return request

    Go to My Orders, click on ‘View order →’, then ‘Make a return request’.  

    If you placed your order as a guest, you can visit our dedicated page.

    Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive return instructions by email.

    You can also find this information in My Orders  (‘View order →’ then select the Returns tab). 

     

    2. Prepare and return the parcel


    Place the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic packaging), then put it in a parcel (e.g. the Millet box).

    •    From France 
    Simply use the return label available for download below.
    Return shipping costs will be applied in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    Download and print the shipping label, then choose from several options for returning your parcel:
    • Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office.
    • Drop off the parcel at a La Poste collection point.
    • Drop off the parcel in your letterbox.

    •    From the European Union
    Simply use the return label available for download below.
    Return costs will be applied in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
    Download and print the shipping label, then return your parcel to us.

       For returns from Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States 
    At this time, we are unable to provide a return label.
    You will therefore need to arrange and pay for the return yourself, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    Please send your parcel to our warehouse address (LOG SMC) below and enclose the return authorisation email inside the parcel to ensure it is processed correctly.

  • How to make a return request as a Guest (without a customer account)

    You may have placed your order as a guest, without creating a customer account.

    In this case, you can request a return using the following form: https://www.millet.com/eu_en/sales/guest/form

    We will first ask you for your order number beginning with C........... followed by 11 digits, as well as your surname and the postcode or email address used for billing.

    By clicking on Make a return request, you will access the return form. If you have several items to return, click on ‘Add an item’, otherwise click on ‘Submit’.

    Once your return has been authorised, you will receive return instructions by email.

    Can't access the form?

    Check that you have entered your surname and postcode as they appear on your order confirmation (in the billing address).

     

    Can't find the return label?

    - Please note that the return label is only available for returns from mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, as well as from certain European Union countries.

    - If this applies to you, the return label is available via the ‘Returns’ tab (then click on ‘View return →’). This tab will appear within a maximum of 2 working days once your return request has been authorised.
