Do you want to make a return? It's easy and free in France.
At the moment, you have 30 days to return your items.
Here is the procedure to follow:
1. Make a return request
Simply go to the My orders section in My account. Click on the "After Sales Service" option for the order you wish to return and fill in the returns form. As soon as this form is completed, print the return form and put it inside your parcel.
2. Prepare the parcel
Put the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic packaging), then put it in a parcel (for example: the Millet box) with the return form.
Download your free transport voucher in the My returns section by clicking on the authorised return number. Then click on the button "Download the pre-paid voucher", print it and finally stick it on your parcel.
3. Send the parcel back
Once your return request has been accepted, simply go to the My Returns section of your account and click on SEE RETURN.
If you are in France, you will be able to print the prepaid return form, you will then have several choices in order to return your package to us:
- Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office
- Drop off the parcel at a post office drop-off point
- Deposit the parcel in your letterbox. To do this, make your request to the platform of the post office the day before the deposit of your package under this link

In France, shipping costs are covered by Millet, so you don't have to pay anything: it's simple and free!
For returns outside France, you will not have access to the return form, as you will be responsible for the shipping costs. In this case, please refer to the information sent by e-mail after you have made your return request.
It is strongly advised to keep the proof of return stamped by the post office or signed by the merchant.
