As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a link to track the delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the website of the post office (Standard Delivery) Chronopost (Express Delivery) and DPD (International) for a real time tracking :

This tracking is also possible from My account :

1. Log in with your login details.
2. Click on My orders and select the relevant order.
3. In the summary table of ordered items, click on "Track online delivery" (top left).
4. A new window will open with the tracking of your package, step by step.
If your package is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received it, we advise you to check your mailbox. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office should have left a delivery notice.

For logistical reasons, your order may be delivered in several packages.

If you have not received your order in full, please contact our customer service department. At the very moment you place your order, other customers may also have ordered the same product, and stock errors may occur.

Restocking is carried out regularly to cover any missing quantities. However, it is possible that the product may no longer be available.

If my parcel is damaged:
