In addition to home or workplace delivery, Millet also offers other ways to receive or return your items (only for France). Deliveries to post offices and collection points are also available.
Delivery to the post office
Would you like to have your order delivered to a post office near your home or workplace? It's possible!
● Select the desired post office when placing your order.
● As soon as your package is delivered to the chosen post office, you will receive an automatic email from Colissimo.
● Take your ID with you and, for even faster processing, the tracking number attached to the email.
A person of your choice can also pick up your package. To do this, they must go to the post office concerned with a written letter stating that you authorise them to collect your parcel, their identity document and at least a copy of yours.
Good to know : Your parcel is kept for 10 working days at the Post Office after delivery.
Delivery to a collection point
To find a collection point, go to your basket and select delivery in a relay point. A page will open with a map. All you have to do is enter your address or postcode to find the nearest collection points.
Once the order is validated, you will receive an email and/or a text message as soon as your parcel arrives at the relay point.
Then go to the locker. Touch the screen and select "Collect a parcel". Enter your 4-digit identification and validation codes received by email and/or SMS.
