• Create a customer account

    Each customer may only have one customer account on our millet shop with a single e-mail address.

    Click on My account at the top right of the home page and click on Create an account in the right-hand section.

    You will receive a confirmation of your account registration by e-mail.

  • Forgotten password

    1. Go to My Account at the top right of the homepage.
    2. Click on I forgot my password in the left-hand box.
    3. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided.
    4. You will receive an e-mail within a few minutes with a link to create a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder.
    5. Click on this link, enter a new password and confirm it.
    6. You are now logged into your account with your new password.s

  • Edit personal information

    In your My account, you have the possibility to change information such as your name, your e-mail address.

    You can also enter your mobile phone number so that we can call you back even better.

    After having made the changes, click on "Save" to confirm.

  • How to delete my customer account ?

    In order to delete your account, all you have to do is contact us, via the interface and the question form on our site.

     

  • The rights regarding my personal data

    You have the right to access, modify, rectify, delete, limit, port and oppose your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent, and to define instructions for the fate of your data post-mortem. To exercise your rights, please contact Customer Service or our Data Protection Officer at dpo@milletmountaingroup.com. In the event of difficulties, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
