Outcome of the return (Refund)

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, opting instead for a refund procedure in line with most e-commerce sites and to ensure a smoother process.
Therefore, no exchanges will be accepted. If the size of your item does not suit you, please submit a return request via your customer account and place a new order.

Refunds
Once our logistics department has received and validated your return, a refund will be requested and then made to your bank account within 6 working days if you paid by credit card or via PayPal if you used this payment platform.
For returns from mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco, as well as certain European Union countries, MMG provides the Customer with a prepaid return label.

When issuing the refund, a flat-rate contribution towards the return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, according to the following scale:

Refunds for purchases made with a gift card:
If you paid with a gift card and have returned one or more products, your gift card will be credited with the amount of the returned items minus the flat-rate contribution towards the return costs. 

Calculation and distribution of a promo code:
If you have used a promo code, the discount is always distributed proportionally across all items in your order.
For example, if you purchased 3 items with the following prices (before using the promo code):
•    Jacket 1 at £240
•    Jacket 2 at £240
•    Hat at £20
Total = £500 / You used a £20 promo code > Total paid = £480
As the £20 discount is distributed proportionally across your order, in the event of a return, your refund will be calculated as £230.40 per jacket and £19.20 for the hat.  In addition, there will be a flat-rate contribution towards the return costs, as indicated in the table above.

Refund not receive
We will refund returned items as soon as we receive and check your return parcel. 

If you have not yet received a return confirmation email, please check the tracking page for your parcel using the tracking number provided on your proof of postage.

If you have already received an email confirming receipt of your return, the refund will appear on your bank statement as soon as possible.
