You shall return the Product(s) covered by their withdrawal request to MMG or any other person designated by MMG, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication to MMG of their decision to withdraw.
You must return the Product(s) in their original condition accompanied, where applicable, by all their accessories and instruction manuals. Damaged or soiled Products shall not be taken back. The Customer may be held liable by MMG in the event of deterioration of the returned Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of said Products.
Cost of returns
The direct return costs of the Products shall be borne by the Customer, with the exception of orders shipped to mainland France for which a prepaid return slip is available.
The costs of returns of orders shipped outside mainland France shall be borne by the Customer. In such an event, MMG shall not provide a return slip to the Customer who must return the product(s) at their own expense to the following address:

You want to make a return? It's easy. You have 30 days to return your items.
Here is the procedure to follow:
1. Make a return request
If you have created an account, just login and go to My orders, click on the order you wish to return / View order → and make a return request by filling in the return form.
If you have placed your order as a guest, you can visit our dedicated page.
2. Prepare the parcel
As soon as your return is authorized, you will receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA), print this email and put it inside your parcel. Put the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic packaging) and follow the instructions received by email.
3. Send the parcel back
In France, the customer can use the Colissimo transport label which can be downloaded.
From another country, you will not have access to the transport label. According to our terms and conditions, the return is at your expense and will have to be made to our warehouse address :

It is strongly advised to keep the proof of return stamped by the post office or signed by the merchant. After verification by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
You may have placed an order without creating a customer account. In this case, you can make your return request via the following form: www.millet.com/eu_en/sales/guest/form
We will first request your order number (C........... followed by 11 digits) as well as your surname and the postcode or email used for billing.
You will be taken to the returns form. If you have more than one item to return, click on "Add an item", otherwise click on "Submit".
Once your return has been authorized, you will receive the return instructions by email.

Can't access the form?
Check that you have entered the last name and postcode exactly as it appears on your order confirmation in the billing address.
Can't find the return label ?
- Please note that the return label is only available in France. For other countries, please follow the instructions received by email. You can also find these instructions in the My Returns section.
